Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the SiteExpert platform and related services operated by WOW SITE EXPERT SRL.

1. Provider identification

Service provider: WOW SITE EXPERT SRL, CUI RO30450643, registration number J2012000622245, registered office in Baia Mare, Liliacului 16, Maramureș, 430066, Romania, email contact@siteexpert.net.

2. Contractual scope

Through this platform, users can create an account, search .ro domain availability, place domain registration/renewal orders, pay online, and manage domain nameservers after activation. These Terms apply to all visitors and account holders.

3. Account and access

  • Account creation requires a valid email address and OTP verification code.
  • You must keep login credentials confidential and secure.
  • You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.
  • We may suspend access where there are security, fraud, abuse, or legal compliance concerns.

4. Domain services and registry rules

  • Domain registration/renewal is available for .ro domains, subject to technical availability and registry/registrar validation.
  • Registrant data submitted at checkout must be accurate, complete, and legally valid.
  • You are responsible for the lawfulness of the chosen domain name and for avoiding third-party rights infringement.
  • Domain lifecycle (activation, renewal limits, status, nameserver constraints) is subject to ROTLD and applicable registrar rules.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

  • An order is initially created with pending payment status and is processed only after payment confirmation.
  • Card payments are handled via Stripe-hosted checkout; card details are not stored by SiteExpert.
  • After confirmed payment, provisioning is executed through automated and/or assisted registrar workflows.
  • If a paid order cannot be provisioned due to objective technical/legal constraints, resolution is handled case-by-case under applicable law.
  • Tax and accounting documents are issued according to Romanian fiscal legislation.

6. Customer obligations

  • Provide true and up-to-date contact and registrant information.
  • Use the platform lawfully and without attempting unauthorized access, scanning, interference, or abuse.
  • Respond promptly to support/compliance requests that are necessary for service continuity.

7. Support and communications

Operational emails may be sent for account verification, order/payment confirmations, domain status updates, and expiry reminders. Support is provided by email and, where available, by phone during business operations.

8. Intellectual property

Platform code, branding, visual assets, and documentation are protected by intellectual property rights. Except where explicitly permitted by law, no license is granted for copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial reuse.

9. Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party service interruptions, registry-side decisions, or user-provided data errors. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension and termination

Access to account features may be restricted or terminated for serious contractual breach, fraud indicators, repeated abusive behavior, or legal/regulatory requirements. Paid and active services already processed remain subject to the legal and technical framework applicable to each order.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU legislation, including consumer and data-protection rules. Disputes should first be addressed amicably; if unresolved, competent courts in Romania will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules available to consumers.

12. Alternative dispute resolution

As a consumer, you may address complaints to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) via the SAL platform: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal, or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For data-protection complaints, the supervisory authority is ANSPDCP: dataprotection.ro.

13. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The latest version is published on this page and applies from publication date unless a different effective date is stated.
